Zillion Technologies (India) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter (US IT Staffing industry) for its offshore branch in Hyderabad. 

Requirements:

Ideal candidate must have at-least 2 years of experience in US IT staffing/consulting and marketing Bench consultants.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Must have experience in negotiating rates and finalizing salaries of W2/C2C with U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B candidates.
• Should be able to meet aggressive deadlines and handle multiple high priority requirements at any given time.
• Ability to understand the technical requirements and submit consultants profiles on time.
• Review and format resumes of bench candidates, market their resumes and negotiate rates
• Frequent interaction with bench consultants & identifying their needs and placing them on projects.
• Should be familiar with job portals like Dice, Monster, Career builder etc.
• Proven successful sales record in the IT Staffing and Consulting Industry.
• Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing salary.
• Able to recruit candidates with H1B, OPT and CPT candidates.
• Willing to work in night shifts (EST time) Work hours Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm EST
