The Company has a corporate venture entity.  The Company focuses on investing in Series A stage deals, seed money for other Companies. Company is also involved in mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and more.

Some of the responsibilities:

·        Financial analysis and modeling

·        Analysis of the transaction (merger, acquisition, buyout, etc.)

·        Building LBO model

·        Prepare investment memorandums

·        Company and industry research

·        Portfolio company support

·        Internal interaction with key stakeholders

·        Involvement in corporate strategy

·        Minimum three years of experience in financial analysis and financial modeling

·        Bachelor’s degree in finance or related course of study

·        Must have prior experience in venture capital, investment banking, corporate development, mergers, and acquisitions, consulting, or other similar transactional roles

·        Great communication skills

·        Curious nature

·        Ability to multi task
