This position is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the company’s sales and use tax compliance. 

• Provides assistance with filing sales tax returns for various states
• Reviews sales and use tax exemption certificates received from customers
• Issues tax credits to customers using statutes and rules provided by respective state’s taxing authorities
• Communicates with internal departments or external customers to resolve tax issues
• Researches current or past tax guidance on statutes and rules
• Participates in projects

• Bachelor’s degree
• Able to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions
• Strength in making recommendations and taking new approaches to problems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills,
•  Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced, high volume environment with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
