Job Description

The Manager will supervise the Benefits Service Team, assist with escalated issues, as well as service a book of business. This individual will work closely with Account Managers, Producers, Marketing Reps, and other staff to service clients. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB

  • Oversee all day to day service of our client base
  • Perform Account Executive duties for key accounts
  • Coordinate, supervise and delegate Benefits Service Team projects and initiatives
  • Identify and address training and coaching needs of Benefits Service Team
  • Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and agency goals
  • Work closely with Benefits Team Leader on department strategic objectives
  • Develop and implement Policies & Procedures for the Benefits Service Team
  • Provide support and guidance to service team members and Producers
  • Review and resolve customer related issues and complaints
  • Maintain positive working relationship with carrier partners
  • Oversee compliance with all areas of account management
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Additional Information

Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 + bonus and great benefits
