Job Description

Corporate Attorney will be responsible for negotiating, writing, reviewing, summarizing, researching, and executing a wide variety of contract agreements for companies and clients. Agreements will include, but not be limited to, marketing agreements, advertising agreements, software agreement, license agreements, real estate leases, confidentiality agreements, and other general business contracts.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviews, redlines and negotiates all contracts/agreements between Company and third party vendors, subcontractors and suppliers;
  • Reviews and provides legal advice on all customer claims and other business-related disputes and claims;
  • Reviews and performs compliance/ risk management tasks;
  • Provides legal advice to and coordinates with Human Resources all employment related disputes;
  • Reviews and provides legal advice on all legal forms completed and submitted on behalf of Company.
  • Reviews and handles all other legal matters as assigned.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) degree is strongly preferred.  May be willing to consider Bachelor Degree in Legal Studies with relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably contract administration and management.        
  • Ability to research, develop, and draft unique agreements for global joint ventures, strategic partnership deals, as well as domestic business agreements
  • Manage various legal related projects
  • Ability to meet deadlines will be required

Additional Information

$100,000 - $130,000 + bonus & Great Benefits
