We're on the lookout for tomorrow's talent! Join us as a Senior Customer Care Specialist (80% - 100%) in Stettbach (Dübendorf, ZH) starting 01.06.2025 or upon agreement.  

Your mission

Do you love helping people and learning new things? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our Senior Customer Care Specialist position. You will be the main link between Yuh and our awesome clients, who use our app to manage their finances and investments. You will answer their questions, solve their problems, and guide them through their financial journey with Yuh.

Key Responsabilities

  • Ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction, by providing prompt support and resolution of issues and reliable execution of client instructions in a consistently courteous, friendly and polite manner
  • Identify and seize opportunities to enhance client satisfaction
  • Coordinate activities with Customer Care Representatives and other departments, and contribute to the development of platform, service and procedure enhancements
  • Uphold the principle of fair client treatment
  • Handle complex inquiries: Manage intricate customer inquiries, handle escalated outbound calls and step in during high demand periods
  • Develop expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of multiple product and service areas
  • Deputize Team Leader: Replace the team leaders in their absence and manage staffing needs as well as the team performance including liaising with upper management
  • Manage multiple process areas: Oversee and optimize various process areas in customer service operations
  • Analyze and collaborate: Identify improvement areas from customer feedback and work with other departments to enhance products and services

Qualifications

  • Completed apprenticeship (Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (VET) [Fähigkeitszeungnis / Fachausweis) or Federal Vocational Baccalaureate (FVB) (Berufsmatura)
  • Previous experience in a customer care department, preferably in financial services (bank or insurance) in handling customer enquiries and complaints
  • A strong interest for financial product and markets, including stocks, ETFs and cryptocurrencies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English. Any other language is a plus
  • Familiarity with office software and phone systems
  • You are particularly skilled at listening, communicating, showing empathy, and being persuasive
  • You like working in a team with a proactive and a “can do” attitude
