Are you passionate about streamlining processes and ensuring smooth operations? As our Project Manager Banking Operations you’ll be the driving force behind our awesome projects that are right at the interface of operational excellence and technology. You’ll coordinate projects with internal and external partners, work closely with teams to improve E2E workflows, ensure efficient and seamless processes that are supported by technology, and ensure a smooth customer experience. 

Main tasks:

• Manage projects across Customer Care, Yuh Software Development Team, Marketing, Product, Operations and Legal & Governance in coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders 

• Coordinate initiatives with across teams and partners focused on improving client onboarding/offboarding, compliance, fraud management, payments and other banking-related processes 

• Take responsibility for implementing key IT tools, such as time management systems and data & analytics platforms, ensuring alignment with operational needs 

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of cross-departmental processes, ensuring goal alignment between teams, resulting in positive client experiences 

• Lead the company-wide integration of skills and tools to enhance operational efficiency in alignment with organizational, strategic objectives  

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field 

• 3-5 years of experience in Banking Operations 

• Proven experience in working with third-party providers and managing banking operations 

• Strong knowledge of KYC, payment processing, fraud management and trading 

• Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and take initiative 

• Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement 

• Fluent in German or French together with English; additional language skills are a plus 

• You have a proactive and “can do” attitude
