We are on the lookout for tomorrow's talent! Join us as a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist for a 6 months contract period (80% - 100%) in Zürich, Stettbach (ZH), or Gland (VD), starting 01.01.2024 or as agreed.  

Your mission 

Do you love learning new things? As a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Marketing department and you will be reporting to the Lead Digital & Content Marketing. Moreover, you will also be working closely with the Content Manager as well as our web agency to ensure that SEO best practices are properly followed throughout website content. This role is not just about online campaigns; it’s a gateway to understand financial markets and investment products.

Key Responsabilities

50% SEO

• Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings
• Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials
• Closely collaborate with web agency to ensure SEO best practices are properly followed throughout website content
• Work with content and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content marketing
• Create and execute link-building strategy

50% ASO, SOME Paid & SEA

• Create, monitor and optimize ASO campaigns.
• Build, monitor and optimize SOME Paid campaigns
• SEA follow-up with WebRepublic

Your Profile  

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Economy or a Swiss Professional Maturité (Berufsmaturität / Certificat de maturité professionnelle)
• Fluency in English and French/German depending on your work location
• Prior experience in handling online campaigns (ASO, SEA and SOME)
• A strong interest for financial product and markets, including stocks, ETFs and cryptocurrencies
• Excellent communication – verbal and written – skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• You like working in a team 
• You have a proactive and “can do” attitude
• Proactive and adaptable to a fast-paced start-up environment
