Job Description

We are in search of a data driven and client focused Account Manager to join the Commercial team at Yoyo.

You will be instrumental in retaining and growing the most important relationships we have in place across a range of high street retailers, and other target verticals.  As a performance driven individual, you will be able to ramp up quickly and not only meet, but overachieve on your targets.

What you'll be doing in this role:

In this varied and demanding role, you will partner closely with our retailers to develop and deploy solutions that build their brand in a mutually beneficial way. 

Responsibilities will include, and are not limited to:

  • Build & manage direct relationships, serving as a trusted consultant with our leading retailers and partners
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver against business plan, work towards growth targets by developing and delivering innovative creative marketing and experience solutions across your portfolio
  • Analyse data, trends and retailer performance, developing solid commercially astute strategic plans subsequently preparing and conducting presentations to influence adoption
  • Collaborate and consult with key customers with the goal of extending relationships across their organization
  • Champion new product releases

What we are looking for in our next teammate:

Experience

  • Experience gained in a role such as Client Success Manager, Relationship Manager, Account Manager or similar
  • Experience working in advertising sales, execution of successful solutions and media account management
  • Experience and success influencing high-level decision makers on the client side
  • Experience working within a SaaS company is a plus

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to strategise and analyse program effectiveness and ROI
  • A creative approach in finding novel ways to communicate Yoyo’s value in a crowded marketplace
  • Understanding of the retailer and/or loyalty industry’s challenges, opportunities and the ability to develop vision for the future of these
  • Data-driven thinker, and comfortability working with quantitative analysis
  • Excellent organisational, analytical and influencing skills

Knowledge

  • Knowledge of strategic marketing programs, marketing operations and budgeting highly desirable
  • Knowledge of and established relationships within the relevant industry vertical
  • Demonstrated success in business development and solution-based selling
