Job Description

We’re looking for an account-oriented prospector to join our team. The majority of your time will be spent actively identifying and recruiting business and presenting the YouScience story. In addition to account management and lead follow up, you’ll work in collaboration with your sales teammates, customer success, product, and marketing teams to build, maintain, and expand relationships with our customers and leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential employer partners and conduct outreach

  • Present YouScience story / sales pitch with prospective partners

  • Manage follow up with key leads and accounts

  • Provide recommendations (product, marketing, process, etc) based on customer feedback

  • Document interactions in CRM system according to established processes

  • Ability to manage a territory / region and hit target goals

What You Should Have

  • 3-5+ years in a professional sales / business development role

  • History of building new accounts from scratch and subsequent account management

  • Strong presentation skills, particularly describing/ selling product features that evolve quickly

  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects

Extra Credit

  • Experience working with HR Directors, Operations, or other hiring managers

  • Experience in Workforce Development or Education Advisory Boards

  • Experience working with Chambers of Commerce, Employer Recruiting or Industry Associations
