Job Description

Director, Lead Generation at YouScience will lead our end-to-end lead generation strategy and execution with the outcome of driving more qualified leads for our sales force. Focused on the customer and oriented to created exceptional experiences, this marketing leader will take ownership for the strategy, best practice implementation, and execution of our lead generation program. Core to this will be helping the company grow and compete in a very exciting space.

This individual will be charged with planning, budgeting, managing, and optimizing our channels to create a high functioning funnel that skillfully helps customers get closer to buying. We ask that you be a curious experimenter, a passionate customer advocate, and a purveyor of lead generation best practices.

You will own the essential lead generation KPIs and will work with the broader marketing team to make sure this aligns with the business OKRs. Together, we’ll use these metrics to learn, make smart optimizations, and build insights that will guide the evolution of the lead generation practice. Qualifications

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute campaigns that achieve quarterly and annual pipeline goals
  • Manage the lead generation budget, report on pipeline attribution, and continually optimize and A/B test campaigns to achieve the best-in-class results
  • Partner with other marketers to launch integrated campaigns across multiple paid and unpaid channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Email, Display, Direct Mail, and more
  • Work closely with the content team to ensure you have the right assets for campaign success
  • Partner with sales and revenue ops teams to run account-based marketing plays
  • Participate in field marketing motion among strategic partner, industry, and hosted

Skills to help you succeed

  • Relevant experience in revenue marketing, demand generation, lead generation (preferably at B2B SaaS companies)
  • A track record of hitting aggressive pipeline targets and generating revenue through demand generation and ABM plays
  • Expertise with various marketing tools, like HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and more.
  • Experience running campaigns across multiple channels including SEM, display, email, social, and web
  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation (preferably at B2B SaaS companies)
  • A track record of hitting aggressive pipeline targets and generating revenue through demand generation and ABM plays
  • Expertise with various marketing tools, like Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe Marketo Measure (Bizible), Drift/Qualified, Google Analytics, Salesloft, Google Ads, and more
  • Experience running campaigns across multiple channels including SEM, display, email, social, and web
  • You thrive to create the ideal user experience by leveraging pathing and multi-attribution data modeling

Expertise you bring

  • 10+ years growing and supporting successful B2B marketing programs and partnering closely with sales teams.
  • Expertise running integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Analytical mentality and data-informed approach to recommendations. Ability to draw conclusions and determine strategies based on performance and financial data.
  • Project management skills to help coordinate multiple efforts at once.
  • Formal or information education and experience in best practices.
  • Experience selling to educational institutions a plus. B2B experience very helpful.
  • Interest in finding the ideal user experience by leveraging pathing and multi-attribution data modeling.
  • Experience with our marketing tech stack or similar OR willingness to learn.
  • Critical thinking with a bias towards action.
  • Ability to be strategic and tactical as needs evolve.
  • Strong communication skills. Able to communicate at a business and strategic level.
  • Experience or willingness to work in ambiguity. We don’t always have answers but love people who are willing to figure things out.
