Job Description

YWITS is looking for a motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and never quit mentality to set SOLID appointments for outside sales resources.

Job duties include:

  • Market Research to identify and qualify target customers
  • Making 100+ dials/ day to qualified target customers
  • Conversation - premise based cold calling (not scripted)
  • Yes, cold calling is required; so call comfort is a priority
  • Mastering our “UNsales” process with a goal of getting pass gatekeepers and to the IT decision makers.
  • Setting 3-5 SOLID appointments/wk, every week with target customers
  • Managing CRM software (Connectwise Manage) lead database
  • Maintain and utilize internal CRM for client contact, scheduling, sales activity records
  • Provide recommendations to structure and improve internal sales processes

Compensation includes competitive base + commission + bonuses (for appointments attended).

Must be local to Washington DC Metro Area. MSP Sales training will be provided.

Required:

  • Understanding of technology enough to explain our approach and process to the prospects
  • 2+ years demonstrable prior B2B sales experience
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Well-organized and detail oriented

Preferred:

  • Experience cold calling for a technology company/Managed Service provider
