 Ideal candidate should have the following Skills:

• Need to have good experience as a IT Technical Recruiter to recruit Engineering and IT talent, through job boards and vendor partnerships in a consulting company.

• Should be required to work closely with our Sales and Business Development team in understanding the requirements, search the candidates, negotiating the rates with the candidates, coordinate interviews, and any other assistance needed for a successful start and completion of the project.

• Must have working experience with C2C, W2 and 1099.

• Need Good experience of a consulting environment for searching and recruiting software consultants and negotiating rates, signing agreements and closing the opportunities.

• Must have Excellent Communication skills.
