Job Title: Consultant - Senior

Job Location: Cupertino / CA

Duration: Long-term

Mandatory Skills:

• 5 Years of experience in Software Development/Implementation projects.

• 3+ years of experience in designing and implementing Big Machines solutions.

• College graduate in a technical field preferably computer science or electrical engineering

Functional Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of the Configure-Price-Quote functionalities throughout the entire customer lifecycle for all routes to market.

• Deep understanding of sales/opportunity management and the integration with CPQ.

• Working knowledge of contract management and integration with CPQ.

• Working knowledge of Order Management and Quote to Order conversion.

• Deep understanding of Master Data Management for Product, Pricing, and Customer.

• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills to set up and interpret logic, data tables and rule relationships.

Technical Skills:

• Deep knowledge on the Big Machines platform and all its modules and features.

• Experience in scripting using BML, XSLT and JavaScript and writing SQL queries. Background in general software programming is preferred.

• Knowledge on integrating Big Machines platform with other applications using native Big Machines Webservices and any external Webservice methods.

• High-level understanding of the role of middleware in integrating BigMachines with other applications and experience with at least one leading middleware such as Tibco, CastIron, WebMothods or Dell Boomi.

• 3+ years of implementing BigMachines solution to clients.

• Understanding of software QA with experience of building test plans and executing them in unit, functional and user acceptance test cycles.

Knowledge of Oracle ERP and Salesforce a definite plus

Detailed JD:

• CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tool was implemented in early 2016 to support and improve sales cycles by providing an efficient tool for configuring products, pricing and generating a quote.

• The application is integrated with SalesForce and Oracle to generate sales orders.

• The requirement is to provide developer/technical support resource(s) for CPQ Application (support to users, resolve issues, manage bug fixes and enhancements)
