• Excellent experience and demonstrated proficiency in various aspects of database programming by using the Oracle Relational Database Management System (RDBMS). Sound knowledge of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL and/or related technologies that encapsulate SQL, including Triggers, Procedures, Functions, and Packages
• Excellent experience creating database tables, views, medium to complex stored procedures, triggers, and functions
• Excellent experience in fine-tuning SQL queries, PL/SQL programs, and improving application performance
• Excellent understanding of conceptual, logical, and physical data models to translate business requirements to update data models
• Excellent experience in writing technical design documentation
• Experience in building applications with high availability and scalability requirements
• Experience in identifying opportunities for reducing data redundancy and inconsistencies in data usage and trends
• Experience in implementing the database security to reduce vulnerabilities
• Experience working closely with other developers to integrate databases with other applications
• Oracle 11g / 12c experience is a must
• Ability to apply innovation, creativity, and improvement to the development and support processes and to be able to support multiple priorities effectively

• Required:
  • 7 + years of hands-on experience and demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of database programming and performance tuning using Oracle SQL / PL/SQL
• Preferred:
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
