Job Description
About the Role
We're growing our footprint in regulated iGaming markets, and we're looking for a Junior Product Compliance Officer to join our Compliance team in Malta. This is a fantastic entry point for someone ambitious and detail-driven who wants to build a career at the intersection of regulation, technology, and gaming.
You'll play a direct role in one of the most business-critical processes in iGaming: getting our products certified and licensed in new and existing markets. Along the way, you'll gain hands-on exposure to regulatory frameworks, game mathematics and network security skills that are in high demand across the industry.
What You'll Do
- Manage and deliver game certification projects run by third-party test houses, from submission through to sign-off
- Investigate and resolve bugs and defects flagged by test houses, including manual testing and bug reproduction
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date internal technical documentation and compliance registers
- Build deep technical knowledge of our product suite to support certification work
- Spot opportunities to improve the compliance process and help implement them — efficiency, visibility, and quality all matter
- Act as a point of contact for regulators, and internal and external stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information and documentation
- Support internal and external audits as needed
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects with interdependent moving parts
- Self-motivated, with strong communication and negotiation skills — you take ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do
- Familiarity with project management principles is a plus
- Fluent in written and spoken English
Nice to Have
- Experience with ClickUp and MS Teams
- Understanding of software development and change management processes
