Job Description

We're on the hunt for a passionate individual who loves Gaming and iGaming to lead and innovate within our Games Portfolio.   

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams in Kraków to ensure smooth production processes and timely delivery of high-quality gaming experiences for the online casino market. 

The perfect candidate has a few years of experience in project or team management within the Gaming sector and excels at organizing workflows, aligning teams, and removing blockers to keep projects on track. 

What You'll Do:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee slot game development projects, ensuring clear alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Act as the central point of coordination between Art, Game Design, Development, QA, and Sound teams.
  • Support the team in day-to-day operations, helping remove blockers and facilitating effective communication.
  • Support and collaborate with Tech, Marketing, Compliance, and Commercial teams.
  • Ensure the game aligns with stakeholder vision and requirements, providing regular updates and progress reports.
  • Monitor progress, track milestones, and proactively identify risks or delays to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Coordinate external vendors and outsourcing partners, manage deliverables, and represent the company professionally.

Who You Are:

  • Based in Krakow or able to work from the office 3 times per week.
  • Highly organized with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of game development pipelines and processes.
  • Experience in the iGaming or Gaming industry.
  • Proficient with ClickUp.
  • Energetic, communicative, and a proactive problem-solver.
  • Fluent in English.

  • Background in game design, art, or development.
  • Knowledge of current iGaming industry trends.

UoP - 11,900 PLN gross- 14,700 PLN gross
B2B - 17,000 PLN net+vat -  21,000 PLN net+vat
