Job Description
Join our team as a passionate Integration Support Engineer to support and innovate within our Technology & Development organization!
What You'll Do:
Provide timely and efficient support for day-to-day inquiries and service requests from our clients
Track, monitor, and follow up on reported bugs, glitches, and technical issues to ensure prompt resolution and minimal disruption
Continuously improve processes, procedures, and tools used in client support to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
Resolve basic technical tasks and inquiries independently while escalating more complex issues to appropriate teams
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and effective issue resolution in a fast-paced gaming environment
Qualifications
Who You Are:
You have proficiency in English at minimum B2 level, both written and spoken
You have a strong customer-centric mindset and genuinely enjoy helping others
You communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically across different channels
You possess solid problem-solving skills and can troubleshoot issues effectively, often in real time
You are comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
You are adaptable and flexible, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 gaming environment
You manage your time well and can prioritize tasks efficiently
You demonstrate empathy, patience, and resilience, especially in high-pressure situations
You are committed to continuous learning and professional development
You have a basic understanding of technology, including:
Unix systems
MySQL (used heavily in day-to-day work)
REST APIs
HTTP
JavaScript
You are comfortable working with MS Office tools (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook)
Extra Points For:
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms and online gaming operations
Familiarity with technical terminology related to account management, gameplay, and technical troubleshooting
Previous experience as a gamer or strong interest in video games and gaming platforms
Any prior experience working with iGaming companies

UoP - 7,500 PLN gross- 8,500 PLN gross
B2B - 9,750 PLN net+vat - 11,050 PLN net+vat
