You'll collaborate closely with our Designers and Developers in Kraków to create top-tier gaming experiences for the online casino market.

What You'll Do:

Project Leadership: Ensure everyone on the team understands the goals and deliverables throughout the game development process.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with Animators, Artists, Illustrators, Game Designers, Developers, and Game Testers to create exceptional games.

Vision Communication: Clearly convey your ideas through well-written specifications and instructions.

Backlog Management: Organize and prioritize the product backlog effectively.

Creative Integration: Seamlessly blend themes, mechanics, mathematics, and emotional experiences into innovative game concepts.

Deliverable Analysis: Monitor project progress and report any deviations to stakeholders.

Team Support: Ensure everyone has a voice and clear priorities to contribute to the project's success.

Continuous Review: Regularly assess all aspects of the game and align with stakeholders.

Forum Facilitation: Lead project discussions to bring the game vision to life.

Marketing Coordination: Provide necessary information to Commercial and Marketing teams for game promotion.

Outsourcing Management: Oversee outsourcing tasks, ensuring quality deliverables and strong vendor relationships.

Mentorship: Guide and mentor Game Producers.

Active Participation: Engage in core game production, plan and track progress, and address issues promptly.

Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering and New Games teams to implement production plans effectively.

Who You Are:

- Highly organized and experienced in managing multiple projects.

- Experienced in the iGaming or Gaming industry.

- Proficient with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence and ClickUp

- Energetic, communicative, and a proactive problem-solver.

- Fluent in English.
