Job Description

We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Engineer to join our Technology and Development centre in Krakow. You will have a stand-alone role but have the support of the entire IT Team located in all of our offices. You will become a part of an international team and help proactively support the spectacular growth, innovation, and desire for excellence within the best game provider in the online casino industry. 

We have a wide range of technologies and platforms for you to get involved with, from Mac and PC to just about every handheld device on the market. We want someone who can navigate around the various issues that arise and support the new programs that we develop. If you are the go-to-guy for all your friends’ computer and IT issues and if you are the one that can use "Duck Tape" to turn the office chair into a jetpack, this is the job for you.

Objectives:

  • Single point of contact for all IT queries
  • Installing and configuring software
  • Troubleshooting and fixing hardware failures
  • Managing and upgrading existing hardware ecosystems, ordering new ones
  • Procuring IT equipment and software licenses
  • Creating and maintaining relationships with third party suppliers and vendors
  • Basics of network administration
  • Tracking work in progress and recording issues and solutions for IT tickets / Incidents
  • Ability to speak technical terms in simple language
  • Creating, maintaining, following IT processes and procedures
  • Writing documentation for both IT staff and end-users
  • Administering Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft 365 suite of products
  • Maintaining local infrastructure operations
  • Maintaining and implementing new office security solutions
  • Contacting with 3rd party providers

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Information Technology field
  • Working knowledge of workstations, laptops, office hardware, network and server technologies
  • Working knowledge of the following software applications: Microsoft Office, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Windows / macOS / Linux distributions
  • Basic knowledge of Managed Switches and Routers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish

Nice to have:

  • Basics of Powershell / Bash / Python
  • Experience writing and maintaining scripts
  • Prior experience with automation tools
