What we are looking for:
Designers who are interested in creating dynamic designs and thrive on details. Someone who is keen to join a young fast-paced startup. Applicants with a strong interest in creating user interface applications with a pixel-perfect look, feel, and designs and implementation guides are the ones for us. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, able to translate high-level requirements into beautiful and intuitive interaction flows.

Your work will require you to:

• Design, Design & Design.

• From a brief, produce concepts for layouts and develop these concepts based on feedback given.

• Understanding the end-to-end iterative UX process, including personas, scenarios, wire-framing, 

• prototyping, user research, and design system.

• Execute visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineers.

• Finish designs to a highly detailed, professional-level (p.s. keeping the design system guidelines intact)

• Work with developers to communicate specs, ensure correct implementation and work through any problems encountered.

• Design web, mobile and tablet friendly applications.

• Responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on time and in high quality.

• Excellent with visual design elements and have good experience with motion design

Expected skill sets:

• 2-4 yrs of experience and proven track record.

• Strong portfolio to be presented and defended during the interview.

• Experience using tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, Figma

• A proactive mindset with ability to communicate designs and new ideas in a logical and pragmatic manner.

• A good listener and facilitator who knows how to facilitate constructive design discussions.

• Present and stand for your design while having an open mind for criticism and harsh feedback as and when required.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile teams, with developers, and product managers. You will be part of a fast-paced ecosystem where you will be able to see the impact of your own designs when pushed out to the product users.
