Kids can attend a variety of classes such as art, dance, flameless cooking, GK, logical reasoning, and many more. YC is by far the largest kids extracurricular & co-curricular platform in India with more than 200K kids attending classes on YC every month. The platform is growing at an explosive rate but there is a lot more to be built.

Job Description

This is an opportunity for you if: 

  • You are hungry to build a solution that impacts millions of customers – young kids and parents.

  • You have the First-principles approach towards problem-solving

  • You are good at primary and secondary research and are able to derive insights from them

  • You can do BIG and SMALL tasks with equal zeal and passion 

Your work will require you to:

  • Design specific research methods such as questionnaires

  • Carry out quantitative and qualitative research

  • Study the beyond-school market in the Philippines - extracurricular and co-curricular activities

  • Analyze data related to user behavior, growth numbers, and much more!

  • Exceptional organizational skills including prioritization, scheduling, and time management.

  • Synthesizing data and analysis into impactful, action-orientated reports for internal stakeholders

  • Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researches, and implement best practices

Expected skill sets: 

  • Must be an MBA student.

  • Good Communication Skills in English (Both written and verbal).

  • Action-Oriented.

  • High Aptitude & problem-solving.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking
