Yeiroads Cargo Company is hiring full-time Delivery Driver Helpers to assist in delivering packages for a national technology company.

This is more than a starting role — it’s a clear path to becoming a Delivery Driver.

• Start as a Helper: $19.00/hour

• Full-time schedule: 4 days per week (up to 10-hour shifts)

• Opportunity to become a Driver: $22.50/hour (must be 21+)

We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals who want to prove themselves, grow, and take on more responsibility over time.

What You’ll Do (Helper Role)

• Assist drivers with loading and unloading packages

• Deliver packages safely and efficiently to customers

• Work as part of a team to complete routes on time

• Provide excellent customer service

• Follow all company safety and delivery protocols

• Work full-time schedules of up to 10-hour shifts across 4 days per week

You will start and end your day at our Amazon warehouse (DLX7).

What We’re Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years old (Helper role requirement)

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment

• Team-oriented mindset

• Good communication skills

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Ability to pass a 4-panel drug screening
