Job Description

Oversee day to day operations of call center, evaluate performance, strategize with personnel to improve process or performance. You will directly oversee call center sales, customer service and lead generation personnel to ensure positive morale and effective daily operations. You will serve our customers through the development and implementation of best cell center methods and procedures. You will also be asked to make suggestions for system and process improvement using your knowledge of daily and ground operations.

Qualifications

2+ years of operations management experience
3+ years of managerial experience
Customer Service / Sales Team management a must – LeadGen preferred
VICI/dialer knowledge a plus
Self-starter – solutions oriented
Skillful strategy, process optimization, operational implementation – REQUIRED
Compliance Driven 
Scheduling, workforce management knowledge
Excellent communication skills, conflict resolution experience
