Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls related to Billing, Collection Support, Product support, Client inquiries and Sales
• Resolve issues, concerns and process requests of customers within first contact
• Facilitate outbound and follow-through calls for complex concerns.
• Exceed customer needs and create good customer experience
• Develop and maintain files accurately
• Adhere to set service level targets or key performance indicators
• Adhere to prescribed shift and schedule
Qualifications
Skills:
•BPO or Call center experience is an advantage
•Have excellent English Communication skills
•Documentation and typing skills
•Familiar with MS office software, phone systems and various client-based tools and applications for customer management
•Open to College Graduates and college undergraduates
