We are looking for a Sales/Product Trainer to design and deliver training programs for our sales teams.

Responsibilities:

>Deliver and facilitate consistent high quality client training programs

>Adhere to company's onboarding process and standards.

>Conduct skills gap analyses, evaluate and recommend training improvements

>Design and prepare training curricula/materials, reports and evaluating results after each training session

>Produce physical and digital educational materials (Video. case studies, etc)> Assist HR in onboarding new salespeople

>Participates in skills development, performance review and coaching sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses of each sales representative

>Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses

>Liaise with external trainers or industry professionals and organize seminars and product updates

>Maintain updated records of training material, curricula and costs

 For this role, you will work closely with our salespeople to identify challenges they face on-the-job and recommend ways to increase productivity.

Will directly report to the Operations Director.

Ultimately, you will help increase the overall performance of our sales teams and ensure they have the skills to achieve their goal

Job Requirements:

• Sales Trainer experience for 3-5years in a BPO or Call center set up preferred

•Have excellent interpersonal, oral and written English Communication skills

•Strong motivating and coaching skills

•Documentation and typing skills

•Proficient with MS office software (Powerpoint, Excel and word) phone systems and various client-based tools and applications for customer management

•Bachelor's degree
