Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional Internal Operation Lead / Head of Operations / Operations Director to oversee daily activities across functions such as Finance, Human Resources, Logistic and Legal&Compliance. We have big plans for growth and expansion in the next 12-18 months and you will be at the center of it! It is a very exciting role that will put you in the middle of the strategic growth of the company. You should be a responsible leader with an analytical and strategic mind and have a broad knowledge of the business. If you’re also committed to productivity and compliance, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you’ll ensure our operations run smoothly, that people are productive and the company grow as fast as possible!

Responsibilities includes:

  • Support the executive team to develop the company strategy
  • Oversee expenses, invoicing and budgeting to help the organisation optimise costs and benefits 
  • Coordinate with our accountant and bookkeeper to guarantee smooth finance management
  • Report on operational performance and suggest improvements 
  • Implement efficient processes and standards 
  • Making sure the company does it best to develop a good culture and ethic
  • Ensure compliance with local and international laws designing policies and overseeing their implementation
  • Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders leveraging on our external legal counsel
  • Prepare investor reports to guarantee a transparent and healthy relationship

Qualifications

Proven experience as Operation lead / Head of Operations / Operations Director or similar leadership role 
Familiarity with all business functions including HR, finance and legal 
Familiarity with legal matters
Good with numbers and financial planning 
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills 
Excellent organizational and leadership ability 
Analytical mind 
Problem-solving aptitude
