The position: Sales Administrator

We are looking for a qualified Sales administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. You will interact with our current customers to ensure that they renew they maintenance contracts or subscriptions contracts for our SaaS software products. You will also serve as a point of contact for prospects with queries about our products. You will provide sales and administrative support for our sales representatives and our channel partners.

Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve sales targets with respect to maintenance and subscription renewals.

Job Description

·         Contact existing customers whose maintenance or subscriptions contract is up for renewal.

·         Ensure the existing customers renew their maintenance or subscriptions contracts.

·         Process orders via email or phone

·         Check data accuracy in orders and invoices

·         Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries

·         Maintain and update sales and customer records

·         Keep data up to date in the company’s CRM

·         Communicate important feedback from customers internally

·         Provide sales administration support to the company’s direct sales force and channel partners

·         Ensure renewal sales targets are met and report any deviations

·         Stay up-to-date with new products and features

Qualifications

·         Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Administrator (preferably with a high tech company)

·         Fluent in English (written / oral). French fluency a plus.

·         Familiar with selling IT solutions to corporate accounts (B2B)

·         Comfortable contacting customers via phone or email

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with existing and potential customers

·         Persuasive and goal-oriented

·         Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor

·         Self-motivated, self-directed and detailed oriented

·         Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

·         Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client

·         Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close

·         Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team

·         Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred

·         Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
