Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Investment Manager to join our CEE Investment Team and play a key role in delivering our capital-efficient growth strategy across the region, with a strong focus on Poland.

This is a high-impact position responsible for securing and executing capital partnerships for a growing portfolio of residential development projects over the next five years. You will be at the forefront of structuring joint ventures, engaging investors, and driving transactions from origination through to execution.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of capital transactions, including joint ventures, disposals, and strategic partnerships across Poland and CEE
  • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and strategic partners
  • Structure and negotiate investment agreements in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage end-to-end transaction processes, including due diligence, financial modelling, and documentation
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (legal, finance, technical, operations) to ensure smooth execution
  • Monitor market trends, investor appetite, and competitive dynamics to inform investment strategy
  • Optimize deal structures to enhance returns, improve capital efficiency, and mitigate risks
  • Act as a key point of contact for investors, advisors, and internal teams throughout the transaction lifecycle
  • Support post-transaction integration and ongoing portfolio monitoring

Qualifications

What we are looking for

  • 3–5+ years of experience in investment management, corporate development, transaction advisory, or a related field
  • Proven track record in capital raising and joint venture structuring (real estate experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong financial, analytical, and project management skills
  • Experience managing complex transactions with multiple stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of legal and financial aspects of investment transactions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Law, or a related discipline
  • CFA or other professional qualification is a plus
  • Knowledge of the Polish real estate market is an advantage
  • Fluency in English (additional CEE languages are a plus)
