Job Description
This is an exciting role that requires someone to take ownership of the YAXIS jobsite as you will be solely responsible. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the jobsite, developing and managing the website, the process, products and team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development, management and promotion of products/services of the Jobsite.
- Research, create and introduce new features and services on the jobsite.
- Analyze the data and the search patterns and bring in changes / corrections as and when needed.
- Develop strategies to promote the site to the Jobseekers and Employers.
- Strategize and develop business workflows in generating online and offline sales.
- Responsible for developing and providing analysis on key business metrics and helping to shape and drive long term strategy for the jobsite.
- Work with the placement division and direct them on the industry best practices to approach overseas employers.
- Responsible for revenue generation and meeting assigned targets.
Qualifications
Job Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in managing the operations of a jobsite.
- Proven jobsite management experience with a business perspective and strong process orientation with a history of delivering results
- Must have a great understanding of the site and its functionality.
- Strong demonstration of leadership, team centric skills and is solution oriented.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels with clarity.
- Planning, organizing, scheduling and delegating skills
- Decision making ability and a sense of responsibility
- Strong analytical skills to understand, analyse the market/industry and identify areas for potential new business
- Problem solving and objection handling abilities
