Job Title : Oracle Financials Developer

Location : Vancouver, BC

Job Type : Long-term contract

Direct Client Need

Job Responsibilities:

• Developing cost-effective information technology solutions which includes assignments that creates new applications as well as modifying existing complex software applications.
• Analysis of complex system requirements and existing critical business processes and information systems.
• Assist in system development planning, scheduling, and implementation.
• Apply knowledge and skills to create innovative solutions for troubleshooting complex mission critical systems.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Code, design, test, and analysis of own code.
• Basic Project Management and status reporting.
• Maintenance of systems and support.
• Documentation of systems.
• Complete unit and integration testing to meet standards provided
• Provide 24X7 support to users of programs implemented.

• 4 to 5 years of experience in development and support of Oracle E-business suite of applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
• Experience implementing or supporting Oracle Financial applications.
• Experience with functional support skills in Oracle eBusiness Suite 11i Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, etc) and all associated sub-modules
• Ability to provide application support in a 24x7 environment.
