Responsible for inbound customer calls for a security company. Will need to be able to help customers trouble shoot issues to solve problems and keep a record of all customer interactions in the CRM.. You will be responsible for giving accurate information by keeping up to date on company products.

  • Great time management skills
  • At least one year of customer service experience
