Xtalic Corporation, a dynamic, growing technology company headquartered in Marlborough, MA, develops and commercializes electroplating processes for new and novel nanostructured metal alloys based on Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)-developed technology.  

We are seeking an energetic, results-oriented individual to join our product development team.

This is a hands-on position on the Engineering team.  Job responsibilities for the position will include:

• Operation/maintenance of chemical processes and equipment
• Execution of analytical test procedures
• Execution of test plans
• Data collection and documentation

• Ideal candidate will have 5 years experience hands on in laboratory
• Wet chemistry handling
• Safe working practices
• Ability to follow detailed plans
• Capable of multi-tasking while working in teams or as an individual contributor
• Background in any of the of the following a plus:
  • Electroplating
  • Equipment troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Chemical analysis methods
  • Mechanical testing
