Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you will partner with clients throughout their Xref journey from educating best practices, training new users, conducting client reviews, leveraging our CRM to drive usage as well as being technically focused to support client integrations. 

 This is a collaborative role working alongside our sales, support and account management team in Toronto (team of 8) as well as our global team. 

What you can expect your weeks to look like:

  • Onboarding new clients onto the Xref platform and via our integrations
  • Train new users and educate existing users on platform best practices to drive adoption
  • Build and nurture customer relationships to understand their business goals and challenges
  • Track and build usage reports for client reviews 
  • Assist the sales team to map client journeys
  • Work with Customer Support Consultants to aid in product troubleshooting

Qualifications

If you can yes to the following, we’d love to hear from you:

  • You are currently in a Customer Success role OR you are a passionate customer centric individual with demonstrated experience in a data-driven role
  • Passionate about technology and comfortable digging into the detail of how our platform and integrations work 
  • Confident presentation skills to onboard and run training sessions to large teams
  • A creative self-starter with strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • A natural communicator to manage internal and external stakeholders
  • You love to get involved in team activities, but can also work autonomously.
