Job Description

We are at the beginning of a strong growth trajectory across North America and growing as a business. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Account Executive to target a largely untapped region, be a part of the growth story and earn uncapped commission (on target $200k in your first year).

Targeting enterprise clients you will manage the full sales cycle with senior stakeholders (CHRO's to Head of Talent Acquisition) from generating leads to showing the value impact to businesses through demos and negotiating / closing new agreements. 

We're an ambitious sales team and make sure we celebrate our successes. 2022 has started off with a bang and we don't plan on slowing down anytime soon. Right now is an exciting time to jump onboard and be a part of the success story!

This is a hybrid position with a mix of WFH and from our lovely downtown office. We drive an engaging and collaborative culture wherever you're based!

Qualifications

About You

  • A successful background in a SaaS Sales role OR Business Development in Agency Recruitment
  • Skilled in driving full sales cycles with senior stakeholders and forecasting
  • Demonstrated experience in consistently exceeding personal sales targets
  • A consultative sales approach as well as a natural ability to network and build valuable relationships
  • An enthusiastic approach to presenting and networking
  • You're a team player and thrive off team collaboration as well as being able to manage your workload autonomously
  • You're a self starter, motivated by a high earning potential!
