Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Tech Marketing Specialist who loves data and is highly interested in the development and optimisation of customer journeys. If this sounds like you, then you will love this role! 

Reporting into the Global Group Marketing Director, you will play a key role in implementing strategies tailored to different audiences.

We are looking for a data-tech enthusiast who loves to understand customer behaviours and is passionate about testing new approaches in the customer journey.

What will you be doing?

  • Planning and building customer journey strategies across multiple touchpoints 

  • Leading initiatives to drive audience acquisition and engagement

  • Execution and building of email marketing campaigns in Marketo

  • Analysis of data, production insights and building data dashboards to communicate key metrics to relevant stakeholders

  • Coordinate SEO technical side whilst managing agencies on tech requirements

  • Supporting the Group Marketing Director and CEO with lead management marketing strategies.

Qualifications

About you

  • You have been driving strategy and execution of campaigns in marketing automation for  2+ years (preferably using Marketo)

  • Demonstrated experience in marketing data analysis and production of insights

  • Experience implementing and testing customer journeys (drip nurture)

  • Ability to understand how different technologies, reports and A/B testing are linked to optimisations, demand gen and customer engagement

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Confident in building dashboards and sharing metrics with senior management

  • A creative thinker who enjoys a fast-paced environment

  • Love for the marketing industry - especially in marketing tech, data and SEO

  • Strong organisational, planning and project management skills.
