Job Description

Due to an internal promotion we are looking for a dynamic individual who has a passion in building relationships and can offer best in class customer service to our clients.

As a Customer Success Manager you will drive the onboarding of clients, their adoption of the platform and overseeing usage trends. There will be an element of answering support queries as well as being technically focused to support client integrations. 

What you can expect your days to be filled with:

  • Onboarding new clients onto the Xref platform and via our integrations
  • Run trainings for new users and ensure users are aware of value adds and best practices to drive adoption
  • Offer prompt resolution of logged cases – escalating if required
  • Build and nurture customer relationships to truly partner with their goals
  • Track and build usage reports for client reviews 
  • Collaborating with the NZ sales team and AU Customer Success team

Qualifications

You don't need to have been in a Customer Success role before, but you do need to be a customer-centric go-getter who enjoys creative problem solving and is motivated to help clients. We will make sure you have the support you need to succeed in the role. 

Some other skills which will help you succeed are:

  • Passionate about technology and comfortable digging into the details of how our technology works to best add value to our clients.

  • Exposure to the recruitment industry would be a huge bonus

  • A creative self-starter with strong attention to detail and analytical skills and unsurpassed follow-through

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and nurture relationships.
