We are growing our ANZ sales team and have an fantastic opportunity for a new business hunter to help drive new client acquisition. Targeting mid market clients across Australia, you will manage the full sales cycle with senior stakeholders from generating leads to demo-ing the platform and closing new agreements.
This position can be based anywhere in Australia or New Zethaland, as we support remote working and drive an engaging and collaborative culture wherever you're based.
We're an ambitious sales team and make sure we have fun along the way and celebrate our successes. The last financial year has been full of record breaking achievements and we don't plan on slowing down anytime soon. Right now is an exciting time to jump onboard and be a part of our success story!
To be successful in this role you'll need to be able to demonstrate:
- A successful background in B2B sales (technology/saas or agency recruitment)
- A natural skill for driving complex sales cycles with senior stakeholders
- Proven experience in consistently exceeding personal sales targets
- A consultative sales approach as well as a natural ability to network and build valuable relationships
- An enthusiastic approach to presenting - you will demo the Xref platform to prospective clients
- You're a team player and thrive off team collaboration as well as being able to manage your workload autonomously
- You're a self starter, motivated by a high earning potential!
