Job Description

This is a sales role managing relationships with clients from early on in their Xref journey to identify areas of growth and expansion. Managing a portfolio of mid to enterprise accounts, you will lead relationships with senior stakeholders to identify commercial opportunities to drive tech adoption, manage negotiations for renewal proposals and close agreements. 

With an amazing customer success, marketing, and development team surrounding you, you will be supported to achieve both team and personal targets. 

Qualifications

To be successful in the role you should be able to show:

  • Strong experience managing a full sales cycle with senior stakeholders either in a saas or recruitment based role
  • Demonstrated success in selling into and expanding enterprise accounts
  • Ability to actively manage your forecast revenue of opportunities identified on a month by month basis using our CRM (Salesforce)
  • Exposure to helping businesses adopt technology would be a bonus
  • You're a self starter with a drive to reach your own sales targets as well as enjoying working collaboratively within a team
