We are growing our sales team globally and have an exciting opportunity in our Sydney team for a new business hunter to help drive new client acquisition. Targeting the SMB to mid market level, you will manage the full sales cycle (from generating new leads, closing, onboarding and overseeing new client's adoption) with senior HR / recruitment leaders across Australia.
With an amazing sales, marketing, customer success and development team surrounding you, you will be supported to achieve both team and personal goals.
To be successful in this role you'll need to be able to demonstrate:
- A successful background in B2B sales (technology/saas prefered OR agency recruitment)
- Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Proven experience in consistently exceeding personal sales targets
- A consultative sales approach as well as a natural ability to network and build successful relationships
- A confident and willing approach to presenting - you will demo the Xref platform to prospective clients as part of the sales process
