Job Description
Our Customer Success Consultants are focused on supporting clients, referees and candidates, whilst driving usage and awareness of the Xref.com platform through marketing, support and account management.
You will add enormous value to the EMEA Xref team (as well as globally) in the following ways:
Onboarding new clients - account setup and online platform training
Sales support - identifying potential selling opportunities or new and existing clients
User education - establishing strong client relationships, retraining and updating on new features
Increasing usage of existing clients
Product Expertise - you will be our SME for EMEA
User support for candidates and referees
Qualifications
We’d love to hear from you if you can say yes to the following:
Native or fluent in Norwegian - essential
Are super passionate about providing top tier customer service and can demonstrate this from previous roles
Are autonomous and are comfortable working fully remotely from home
Ability to wear several hats and juggle multiple tasks
Enjoy looking at the detail and thinking analytically
