Our Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact on Xref's client base across North America.

Being responsible for acquiring new customers at the mid-market and enterprise level, you can expect your time to be structured around the below key objectives:

  • Self-generate leads on a daily basis 
  • Manage a healthy pipeline of prospective clients and deals

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead to client onboarding

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Xref to meet new client's operational needs and business objectives

  • Work closely with our customer success team to ensure clients receive the highest value from using the Xref platform. 

Qualifications

If you have the following experience and traits we'd love to hear from you:

  • Experienced and confident in managing a full sales cycle (essential)
  • A new business sales background in either SaaS / HR tech / OR a sales-driven, agency recruitment background
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities 
  • You're no stranger to celebrating hitting targets 
  • A consultative sales approach as well as a natural ability to network and build successful relationships 
  • A confident and willing approach to presenting - you will be out and about demo-ing the Xref platform to recruitment teams daily.
