Job Description

With a clear and ambitious pathway going into 2020, our Sydney sales team are looking to expand our NSW footprint by welcoming a new Account Executive to the team. The key focus is to network, generate new leads and manage the full sales-cycle of a NSW client-base as well as forming relationships with our channel and integration partners to leverage new business growth. 

 

You will collaborate with our outstanding customer success team and each of our business departments - including marketing, finance and development - who will be on hand to support the sales process and ensure you are meeting and exceeding your goals.

 

You will quickly learn that Xref clients love what we do, offering them a solution for an age-old recruitment pain point with a substantial ROI.

Qualifications

Experience selling a SaaS product is essential with exposure to the recruitment / HR industry as a nice to have. 

  • Demonstrated experience in consistently achieving revenue targets and self-managing a full sales cycle

  • Self-motivated with the ability to drive your own performance and track sale cycles

  • A consultative sales approach as well as a natural ability to network and build successful relationships 

  • A confident and willing approach to presenting - you will be out and about  demo-ing the Xref platform to recruitment teams daily

  • A strong team player!
