Job Description

As part of the sales team, you will find, establish and close new business opportunities with senior HR and recruitment managers across small to medium enterprises. 

 

This is a brand new role to join our successful NZ team, located right on the harbour with pretty spectacular views! We're a small team of 4 on the ground, but anyone who knows Xref NZ knows we make a big impact and have a large footprint across the country's recruitment and HR industry. We're an ambitious bunch and we're looking to expand our success even further. 

 

You will quickly learn that Xref clients love what we do, offering them a solution for an age-old recruitment pain point with a substantial ROI.

 

Qualifications

 

This is a new business sales role, so you need to be passionate about the whole sales cycle - lead generation to f2f demos to nurturing prospective clients to converting sales. 

What we're looking for:

  • Self-motivated and have the ability to work autonomously (think of the role as driving your own business)
  • Previous experience in a new business sales role where you can show us your high achievements 
  • A consultative sales approach as well as a natural ability to network and build successful relationships 
  • A confident and willing approach to presenting - the role will often require you to demonstrate the platform to recruitment teams
  • We're a small team, but part of Xref's larger family, so you need to be a team player with the enthusiasm to get to know the rest of the Xref family!
