As part of the sales team, you will find, establish and close new business opportunities with senior HR and recruitment managers from businesses of all shapes and sizes - medium to enterprises, NFPs to major corporates.
You will quickly learn that Xref clients love what we do, offering them a solution for an age-old recruitment pain point with a substantial ROI.
You will work with and learn from our global sales team, sit alongside our fantastic customer success managers and business development representatives, and collaborate with each of our business departments - including marketing, finance and development - who will be on hand to support the sales process and ensure you are meeting and exceeding your goals.
You will demonstrate experience in successfully selling into HR / Talent Acquisition leaders, ideally from a recruitment background or through selling a SaaS solutions.
