Job Description

As part of the sales team, you will find, establish and close new business opportunities with senior HR and recruitment managers from companies of all shapes and sizes - medium businesses to enterprises, NFPs to major corporates.

You will have the opportunity to develop new business across multiple industries with an  uncapped commission structure, ensuring you can build a highly lucrative desk for yourself. We only hire experienced sales and recruitment professionals for our sales team, so you can build your client base in the best way you know how to. 

Working with our global sales team, our fantastic customer success managers, and collaborating with each of our business departments you will be in a good position to meet and exceed both personal and business goals...and have a lot of fun along the way!

Qualifications

You will be comfortable in building relationships and selling to HR / Talent Acquisition leaders, coming from either a recruitment or SaaS solution sales background. 

To be successful in this role you must have a "hunter" approach to sales and be genuinely passionate about developing new business as well as:

  • A confident and consultative sales approach

  • A natural ability to network and build successful relationships across multiple levels

  • A passionate approach to presenting - the role will often require you to demo the platform to recruitment teams

  • The ability to drive your own performance and manage your own desk like your own business

  • Above all, you'll be a natural conversationalist and a great listener.
