As a Business Development Representative you will work closely with both the sales and marketing team to drive and qualify quality leads.
In a typical day you will be:
Responsible for contacting, nurturing and qualifying leads within the business’ target segments, providing opportunities to the team of Sales Executives and coordinating an initial sales demo
Growing the Xref database via prospecting activities for the purpose of pushing qualified leads to the Xref Account Executives.
Assisting in lead management strategy, where necessary, with projects relating to lead nurturing, lead scoring, segmentation, market intelligence and any other related activities.
What we need from you:
Previous experience in a sales focused or lead generations role
Excellent rapport building and communications ability
High attention to detail and administration skills
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders within Xref
A self-motivated team player
