After achieving incredible results last financial year, our Canadian team is ready to welcome another BDM to their growing team. Based from our Toronto office you will join a collaborative and driven culture where everyone is truly passionate about building Xref’s North American success.
As part of the sales team, you will find, establish and close new business opportunities with senior HR and recruitment managers from companies of all shapes and sizes - medium businesses to enterprises, NFPs to major corporates.
You will be supported by our business development representatives and our customer success team to help you reach your targets.
This is a new business sales position and would suit either an experienced 360 recruiter who is looking for their next challenge out of recruitment or a sales professional who has experience selling SaaS products into HR / recruitment teams.
To be a successful BDM at Xref, you must be able to demonstrate the following:
A confident and consultative sales approach
A natural ability to network and build successful relationships
A passionate approach to presenting - the role will often require you to demonstrate the platform to recruitment teams
The ability to drive your own performance and manage your own desk like your own business
Above all, you'll be a natural conversationalist and a great listener.
