Our Opportunity

The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for the local delivery of brand, acquisition and retention marketing campaigns as well as managing the regional marketing executive.

You will be the local area marketing expert, responsible for delivery of programs across a range of mediums including, but not limited to; email, events, blog content, paid media sponsorships, direct mail, social media.

Knowing the local client base and target segments inside-out, you will work directly with local Sales and Customer Success teams to report on and improve campaign performance as well as:

  • Localising global campaigns for rollout across Canada and some American states

  • Creating new campaigns in collaboration with local teams to deliver against lead generation and engagement targets

  • Delivery of regional events, from conferences to Xref owned thought leadership events

  • Ensuring that the Xref brand is well represented in all communications delivered in the North American region

  • Day-to-day management of a regional marketing executive, ensuring they are meeting deadlines and providing the support needed to hit targets and deliver results in-region

  • Reporting on regional campaign outputs against revenue and engagement targets to help form a global picture of marketing performance

Qualifications

What do you need?

  • Experience in a similar role, with either an in-house or agency background

  • Generalist marketing experience and a good understanding of digital marketing methods

  • Previous people management exposure is highly desirable, but not essential

  • Strong stakeholder and project management - the RMM needs a strong voice to represent marketing in North America

  • Proven self-starter and driven to perform in a rapidly growing business
