  • Grown from a team of two to more than 80 worldwide

We’ve hit some major milestones and we’ve had a lot of fun along the way. Now, as we enter our next major chapter of growth, we’re looking for more great people to bring on the journey with us.

Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished sales or recruitment professional to expand Xref’s client portfolio into the U.S.

As part of the global sales team you will find, establish and close new business opportunities with senior HR and recruitment managers from businesses of all shapes and sizes - medium to enterprises, NFPs to major corporates.

You will quickly learn that Xref clients love what we do, offering them a solution for an age-old recruitment pain point with a substantial ROI.

You will work alongside our fantastic customer success managers, and collaborate with each of our business departments - including marketing, finance and development - who will be on hand to support the sales process and ensure you are meeting and exceeding your goals.

Qualifications

As our first Xref employee based out of the United States, the ability to work autonomously and drive your own performance is crucial.

You will have a high level of recruitment and/or sales experience and be knowledgeable of the United States recruitment market. A track record of exceeding new business targets and relationship management skills are imperative to succeed in this role.

Other requirements include:

  • A strong, consultative sales approach

  • A natural ability to network and build successful relationships

  • A confident and passionate approach to presenting - the role will often require you to demonstrate the platform to recruitment teams

  • The ability to drive your own performance and work autonomously

Above all, you'll be a natural conversationalist, a great listener and have a burning desire to be part of an organization for which you can make a significant impact.

Oh, and you should be ready and willing to celebrate team and personal successes!
